3D Wellness is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and professional Sales Specialist to join our growing wellness spa team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role is focused on meeting with prospective clients, building relationships, and helping individuals choose wellness and body transformation programs that align with their goals. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a positive and energetic environment, and is confident discussing services, packages, and treatment recommendations. Our spa specializes in wellness, recovery, body contouring, medically supervised weight loss, and non-invasive aesthetic services. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, self-driven, and passionate about helping clients improve their confidence, health, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Meet with new and existing clients to discuss wellness and body transformation goals Conduct consultations and explain available services, packages, and programs Recommend customized treatment options based on client needs Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service Follow up with leads, consultations, and ongoing clients Assist clients through the decision-making and enrollment process Maintain accurate client notes and appointment records Promote current specials, memberships, and wellness programs Work closely with team members to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, wellness, fitness, medical spa, aesthetics, or hospitality preferred Estheticians license is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending packages Positive attitude and professional appearance Highly motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Passion for wellness, health, fitness, or aesthetics is a plus Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus commission opportunities Monthly bonuses Employee wellness perks and discounts Free wellness services Peptides and botox at cost Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a fast-growing wellness company If you enjoy connecting with people and helping clients feel confident and motivated on their wellness journey, we would love to hear from you.
