Job Description
Our client is a well-established, privately held workforce solutions provider serving industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and skilled trades clients throughout the Midwest. With decades of industry experience and a strong reputation for customer service, the organization partners with employers to solve workforce challenges through temporary staffing, direct hire, and workforce management solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated Business Development / Sales Representative to expand market share, develop new client relationships, and drive revenue growth throughout the Omaha metro and surrounding markets. Position Overview This is a hunter-focused sales role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and developing strategic workforce solutions for industrial and skilled trades clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, staffing, construction, industrial services, manufacturing, or workforce solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field sales activity Build relationships with plant managers, operations leaders, HR professionals, and business owners Conduct client needs assessments and present customized workforce solutions Negotiate service agreements and pricing structures Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions Maintain accurate pipeline activity within CRM software Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals Attend industry networking events and trade associations Manage and grow existing client relationships while expanding service offerings Qualifications 3+ years of outside sales, business development, staffing, recruiting, industrial sales, or construction-related sales experience preferred Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills Proven ability to generate new business opportunities Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed Experience using CRM platforms preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the market Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Monthly and annual performance incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Career advancement potential apply here or send resume directly to royla.koch@gogpac.com for immediate confidential consideration.
