Job Description:
A highly motivated, competitive, and energetic candidate will represent the company for the sale of new and used consturction equipment. Responsibilities include calling on prospective customers, and maintaining existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Skills:
Have extensive knowledge of agricultural equipment Excellent communication skills Highly organized Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with fellow employees, customers, and company owners Be computer literate and possess the ability to learn and utlize software such as CDK Global Business System Great attitude and strong work ethic
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required Minimum of 1-2-years progressive experience in sales experience Pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle records check, and background check required

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Person to join our team. This role is vital in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on expanding our presence in the area through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Duties Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities in the Omaha region Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling, client visits, and networking events to generate leads and close high-end sales Negotiate deals effectively with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company standards Manage B2B (business-to-business) sales relationships with dealerships, contractors, and other industry partners Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress Upsell additional products and services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, professional phone etiquette, and tailored solutions Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales within a dealership or retail environment Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management tools to support sales activities Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Outstanding communication skills, including public speaking and customer service expertise Experience in retail math, inventory control, and automotive or equipment sales is preferred Ability to perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling and marketing outreach Join us as at Kubota of Omaha as a Sales Person and be part of a vibrant team committed to growth and excellence.
