Sales Representative - Roofing

We are a local roofing company looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales or roofing experience, but we are also open to less experienced candidates who are driven, coachable, and willing to put in the work. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. The role will include door knocking, networking, following up with leads, and helping customers understand their roofing needs.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business through door knocking, networking, referrals, and community outreach Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property owners, and local businesses Follow up with leads and help guide customers through the sales process Inspect or help coordinate roof assessments and provide basic information on services Work closely with the company team to ensure customer needs are handled professionally Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience preferred, especially in roofing, construction, home services, or related industries Motivated, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people Strong communication and follow-up skills Reliable, professional, and self-driven Willingness to door knock and network to generate business Must have reliable transportation

Compensation:

This position offers a base salary plus commission, with strong earning potential for candidates who are motivated and consistent. The company is also open to discussing a 1099 contractor arrangement for the right person.
