Inside Sales Specialist

In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing leads, estimating projects, preparing proposals, and providing exceptional on-site customer service. With on-the-job training provided, you'll quickly get up to speed and start making an impact. While most work is based out of Gering, expect to travel 2-3 days per week to meet with clients and support project execution—company vehicle included.

Required Skills:

At least six months of sales and/or construction experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle customer interactions professionally Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Nice to

Have Skills:

Previous estimating or proposal writing experience Familiarity with construction or estimation software Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or industry-specific certifications are a plus Prior experience in sales, estimating, or construction environments
