As we continue to grow and expand operations, we're looking for a highly organized and driven professional to support our people, sales efforts, and day-to-day operations. Position Overview The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical cross-functional role within T/C Arms, supporting sales operations, and internal business functions. This individual will assist the sales team with execution, and keep operational workflows running efficiently. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, tracking, and reporting Assist with customer communication, dealer inquiries, and product availability updates Coordinate sales materials, product information, and promotional assets Help manage CRM data and ensure accuracy of customer and dealer records Operational Support Assist with internal coordination across production, inventory, and shipping teams Track and report on key operational metrics and project timelines Support scheduling, purchasing coordination, and vendor communication Help streamline workflows and improve internal processes Provide general administrative support across departments Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in sales support, or administrative roles Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with NetSuite systems a plus Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, firearms, or outdoor industry Experience supporting sales teams or dealer networks Why Join T/C Arms Be part of an iconic American brand with a 60+ year legacy Work in a fast-growing, team-driven environment Opportunity to make a direct impact across multiple areas of the business Competitive compensation and benefits package
