Amidon Jewelers is looking for a Full-Time Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our growing team in West Lebanon, NH. Founded in 1935, Amidon Jewelers is a respected, family-owned jewelry store specializing in fine jewelry, luxury jewelry, engagement rings, wedding rings, custom jewelry, jewelry repair, watches, and gifts. Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant Responsibilities Sell luxury jewelry, fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, watches, custom jewelry, repairs, and special orders Build relationships with customers and create repeat business Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and personal sales targets Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and client outreach Take in jewelry repairs accurately and explain repair timelines and pricing Recommend warranties, care plans, financing, and add-on products Help customers with custom jewelry and special order requests Participate in store events, promotions, and holiday sales Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing Maintain accurate customer records and follow store procedures Attend training meetings and continue developing sales skills Performance Expectations Successful candidates will: Meet or exceed personal sales goals Help the store achieve monthly sales goals Generate repair sales and special order sales Sell care plans and financing options Complete daily customer follow-up and client outreach Earn positive customer reviews through outstanding service Qualifications Previous retail sales experience required Luxury retail, jewelry sales, bridal sales, or commission sales experience preferred Jewelry experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work Saturdays Professional appearance and positive attitude Why Work at Amidon Jewelers?
