HVAC Sales Representative Job Overview:
Plumbers' Supply Company is a growth oriented, privately held plumbing and HVAC wholesaler with 19 locations throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC and Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products to our loyal customer base. This role requires a proactive and customer-oriented individual with a strong technical understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct on-site visits to assess customer requirements and provide product demonstrations.Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers. Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and maximize profitability. Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest HVAC and Hydronic technologies and industry trends. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our HVAC products to customers. Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed.Qualifications:
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technical specifications. Familiarity with hydronic engineering and installation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.Education and Experience:
Previous experience in HVAC sales or a technical sales role is highly desirable. Hydronic engineering, installation and maintenance experience is a plus.Benefits:
