What You'll Do Sell fine and luxury jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom pieces Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business Follow up with clients via phone, text, and email Guide customers through major purchases and life moments Take in and manage jewelry repairs accurately Recommend care plans, warranties, and financing options Participate in store events, promotions, and seasonal sales Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom Use store systems to track sales, clients, and follow-ups Performance Expectations Meet or exceed monthly personal sales goals Consistently close high-ticket sales Generate repair and custom sales opportunities Complete daily client outreach and follow-up Build a strong client base and referral network Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time Qualifications Previous retail or commission sales experience required Luxury retail, jewelry, bridal, or high-ticket sales experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business Motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven Organized and detail-oriented Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work Saturdays This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, use hands for fine motor tasks, and lift/move jewelry displays as needed.
