Job Purpose The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role within the Rollerblade team, connecting insights to help drive stronger commercial outcomes. The Sales Operations Specialist helps translate data and operational signals into actionable insights that support assortment decisions, demand planning, ecommerce optimization, and sales execution. While this role collaborates closely with shared service teams such as Dealer Services, Digital Technology, Planning, and Inventory, its focus is on commercial insight, operational coordination, and market awareness. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and curious about the market, with the ability to connect data across systems and functions to support smarter business decisions. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Monitoring & Marketplace Support Conduct regular audits of Rollerblade's ecommerce site to ensure product assortment, availability, and pricing are accurate and aligned with inventory and brand strategy. Analyze ecommerce performance trends including product sell-through, size-level demand, and seasonal trends. Surface actionable insights to Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to inform assortment decisions and promotional strategy. Monitor customer feedback and reviews on key online platforms and summarize relevant insights for internal teams. Utilize content management system to maintain accuracy and brand consistency of Rollerblade product content across all eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, coordinating updates to imagery, product copy, and specifications with Marketing and Digital Services teams as needed. Sales Operations & Reporting Maintain reporting on sales performance and product availability, translating system data (e.g., ATS reporting) into clear business updates that help Sales teams understand opportunities and constraints. Maintain awareness of inventory levels across key SKUs and sizes, helping ensure alignment between product availability, sales priorities, and marketing initiatives. Identify patterns or issues related to product availability, sell-through, or channel performance and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders. Partner with Supply Planning teams to identify inventory gaps, excess inventory, and potential reallocation opportunities. Provide input into demand planning discussions by bringing forward insights from sales performance, ecommerce demand, and market activity. Brand Support Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure product launches and campaigns align with inventory availability and sales priorities. Assist with preparation of seasonal meetings, sales materials, and product line reviews. Help coordinate internal information flow related to product availability, launch timing, and commercial priorities. Support brand initiatives and events as needed. Qualifications Experience 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, ecommerce operations, product operations, or commercial analysis Experience in consumer goods, sporting goods, or outdoor industry preferred Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, digital marketplaces, and retail channels Skills & Capabilities Deep experience working with ERP or inventory systems Experience with a CMS strongly preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights High attention to detail and organizational discipline Ability to connect information across systems and functions Clear communicator who can synthesize complex information for internal stakeholders Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment Advanced Proficiency with Excel or similar reporting tools Familiarity with ecommerce platforms Experience with digital analytics or marketplace tools is preferred Industry & Cultural Fit Interest in skating, outdoor sports, or active lifestyles preferred Strong product curiosity and willingness to develop deep product knowledge Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
