What This Role Actually Is You will be responsible for finding, developing, and closing your own business.
That means:
Prospecting local businesses (in person, phone, and outreach) Running discovery meetings and presenting solutions Following a proven sales system we train you on—step by step Building a pipeline you control This is a hunter role. If you need leads handed to you, you will struggle here. The Difference Here Most companies throw you into sales and tell you to "figure it out." We don't. We train you on a clear, repeatable system for: Opening conversations Running discovery meetings Presenting in a structured, effective way Building and closing business consistently Training only works if you follow it.
