As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products and services, and conduct product demos to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Utilize retail math skills to calculate discounts quickly and accurately, and manage cash register transactions accurately.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and build loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Skills:
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Basic math and retail math skills to accurately handle cash register transactions.
  • Ability to effectively and creatively communicate product features and benefits through product demos.
  • Strong upselling and cross-selling skills to drive sales and increase revenue.
