We're a fast-paced dealership looking for a motivated, confident Sales Representative who enjoys working with people and is driven by results. What You'll Do Greet customers and deliver a professional, low-pressure buying experience Build rapport through strong communication, active listening, and follow-up Learn our inventory, financing options, and sales process to guide customers from test drive to delivery Present vehicles confidently and handle objections professionally Negotiate deals ethically to create win-win outcomes Maintain a strong pipeline: appointments, calls, texts, and follow-ups with past customers Collaborate with management and finance to ensure a smooth, accurate sales process Use social media (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) to promote inventory and bring in leads (posting, messaging, short walkaround videos) What We're Looking For Sales mindset: motivated, coachable, goal-oriented Strong people skills and comfort talking to customers all day Basic tech comfort (CRM, texting, email, social media) Reliable, professional, and punctual Automotive sales experience is a must Preferred Experience with Facebook Marketplace / Instagram / short video content Prior dealership sales experience Bilingual is a plus Why Join Us Established dealership with consistent traffic and inventory Training + clear process Opportunity to grow into a senior sales role Apply on Indeed with your resume.
