We're looking for an energetic, licensed Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep to join our fast-paced Allstate agency — right here in the office! This is your chance to earn a solid base salary PLUS bonuses, all while growing your career with a trusted brand. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will help grow our current customer base with cross selling and service the accounts. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer's understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. Responsibilities Achieve sales goals through referrals, inquiries and cross-selling. Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life's uncertainties Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets Provide a positive customer experience Job Qualifications Insurance sales experience is not required (but is a plus!)
