Would you be willing to prove yourself as a full-time sales representative in the field, to qualify for a step upward as a Team Leader based on your performance? Our parent company is Crown UniformLinen Service, a 100+ year-old company based in Nashua, NH. Our particular division features an effective, affordable service for commercial, institutional, and other facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident self-starter who thoroughly enjoys prospecting and closing. Each day begins and ends at our Nashua base. This is not an order-taking position. We are searching for a true, experienced hunter with drive and professional presence, and looking for an established company known for quality and outstanding service. What We Offer Strong base salary during ramp-up period, starting at $1300 per week, with a gradual fractional reduction after training and initial in-field period. High commissions. Near-term career growth potential. Full benefits package. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new B2B accounts. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building. Conduct in-person customer meetings and presentations. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions. Prepare proposals and close new business. Maintain organized pipeline activity. Build strong long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with operations to ensure an excellent customer experience. Desired Qualifications Proven success in outside B2B sales. Strong prospecting and closing ability. Self-motivated with high energy and urgency. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable meeting decision-makers and business owners. Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet apps, etc.), quick learner Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass background screening and reference checks. Preferred Education A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional sales experience will be strongly considered.
