Close Deals. Coach Others. Grow A Team. Bath Flip is looking for a proven, high-performing sales professional to join our leadership team as a Sales Mentor . This is not a desk job. This is a field-based leadership role for someone who loves selling, coaching, and helping others succeed. You'll continue running your own appointments while conducting ride-alongs, shadow appointments, field coaching, and sales development activities with newer and existing team members. If you're a strong one-call closer who enjoys helping others improve while continuing to earn at a high level yourself, we want to talk with you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run company-provided sales appointments Conduct professional in-home sales presentations Sell premium bath, shower, and bath remodels Utilize our proven Buy Now™ Sales System Maintain strong closing ratios and revenue production Lead by example through performance Coaching & Development Conduct ride-alongs and shadow appointments Assist with onboarding new sales representatives Reinforce presentation skills and closing techniques Help improve close rates and overall performance Conduct weekly coaching sessions and sales clinics Support a positive, winning sales culture Leadership Responsibilities Help develop future sales leaders Provide real-time field coaching Assist management with training initiatives Help maintain accountability and consistency Promote Bath Flip sales standards

REQUIREMENTS

✔ Proven in-home sales experience•

MUST HAVE

✔ Bath remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, solar, gutters, kitchens, or home improvement sales experience ✔ Strong one-call closing ability ✔ Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred ✔ Ability to teach and develop others ✔ Reliable vehicle ✔ Willingness to travel throughout: Massachusetts New Hampshire Maine ✔ Professional appearance and communication skills ✔ Strong work ethic and leadership mentality ✔ Passion for helping others succeed

COMPENSATION

Base Salary + Commissions + Leadership Incentives We are looking for a producer first and mentor second. Typical Earnings $150,000

• $250,000+ annually Top performers who maintain personal production while helping develop others can earn significantly more.
