What You'll Do As a Member Service Representative (MSR) , you'll be the friendly face members see when they walk into the branch. Your mission? Deliver amazing service while helping members make the most of their financial journey.

You will:

Create great member experiences by delivering friendly, accurate service at the teller pod Process financial transactions with precision and strong cash-handling practices Answer questions and solve problems related to member accounts Spot opportunities to help members more by recommending products and services that fit their goals Start meaningful conversations —in person and occasionally through outbound calls—to build lasting relationships Support team and branch goals through referrals, deposit growth, and membership expansion Stay vigilant with fraud prevention and compliance, including BSA regulations What Makes You a Great Fit You'll thrive in this role if you: ✔ Enjoy helping people and providing top-notch service ✔ Have strong communication and people skills ✔ Are detail-oriented and comfortable handling financial transactions ✔ Have experience with sales referrals or relationship building (financial services is a plus!) ✔ Are comfortable learning new technology and systems (Microsoft Office and banking software) ✔ Bring a positive attitude and professional presence every day Our Core Values At Bellwether, our culture is built on values we live every day: People First
