• Handle incoming service phone calls and contact customers Effectively communicate with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication
• whether in person or via phone or email Manage Internet leads & respond to inquiries in a timely fashion Furnish information to customers about their request Maintain an ongoing customer database to build rapport Schedule appointments with interested buyers Qualifications
• Excellent customer service skills Effective time management Able to multi-task when needed Able to pass a pre-employment background check with screening Driver's license
