Full-time, based in our Portsmouth, NH office.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with excellent benefits. We are looking for an entry-level Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations, with a strong focus on data entry and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, who is looking to start their career in sales support and operations. Your contributions will ensure smooth sales processes and efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels in our CRM and other systems. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and managing customer accounts. Handle incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with various departments (Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed. Support the sales team in identifying potential leads and updating customer databases. Help organize and prepare for sales meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up on action items. Provide assistance with marketing activities, such as coordinating promotional campaigns. Perform other sales support duties as required to contribute to the team's success.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service and sales support.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related administrative role. Experience in sales support or the IT industry is a plus but not required. A college degree is preferred but not required.
