You will be the face of our company in the field, meeting homeowners across the region, generating your own leads, and closing residential painting projects. You love the rhythm of door-to-door work, where your effort and consistency directly determine your income. You are competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance more than security. You are the kind of professional who organizes your own schedule, manages your own pipeline, and shows up every day. You bring prior sales experience, ideally in door-to-door, home services, or commission-based outside sales, plus a valid driver's license and clean driving record. We are the fastest-growing region in the That 1 Painter network, offering 18 or more home service solutions. We back our team with comprehensive training, ongoing support, a solid warranty on most services, and dedicated project managers on each job. We are growing quickly in Southern New Hampshire and looking for driven sales professionals to help us expand. What You Will Do Each Day Knock on doors and engage homeowners in assigned Southern New Hampshire neighborhoods. Generate and follow up on your own leads in the field. Conduct in-person estimates and present painting solutions. Close sales and manage customer relationships through scheduling and follow-through. Build relationships with realtors, property managers, and referral partners. Represent the company with professionalism and energy in every interaction. Why You Will Love Working Here On-target earnings of $60,000 to $250,000 per year, with a draw during ramp-up and uncapped commission tied to your output. Full-time field-based Territory Sales Representative role across Southern New Hampshire (Manchester, Nashua, Merrimack, Salem, Derry, Londonderry, and surrounding areas). Monday to Friday schedule with occasional evening flexibility based on customer availability. Company vehicle and cell phone reimbursement. Health, dental, and vision insurance available.
