We're a start up and growing local business in the People Industry, hiring someone early in their Sales career, who's willing to get out into the field daily, talk face to face to and learn about local businesses, perform B2B sales and follow up consistently. This entry level sales role role covers parts of Essex and Passaic County and is focused on building relationships the old-school way—face-to-face.

Compensation Base salary:

$48,000 - $52,000 Uncapped commission structure (Potential to almost double salary year 1) Travel / Mileage reimbursement Paid training and ongoing coaching and development opportunities Significant position and salary growth as business expands Early stage sales training and development you may not get anywhere else What You'll Do Visit local businesses each day to introduce our services Start conversations with business owners and decision-makers Identify possible hiring needs and business challenges Set appointments for more in-depth meetings Follow up by phone, email, and in person Build genuine relationships with prospects and clients Track activity and stay organized in our CRM Work directly with the owner to develop your sales skills What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Comfortable talking to new people every day Self-motivated and goal-oriented Organized and dependable Positive attitude and coachable mindset Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Knowledge, familiarity and comfortable in performing full outside sales in our market Why This Role Work directly with the owner (no corporate layers) Learn real sales skills quickly Excellent training tools, support and professional development Opportunity to grow as the business grows If you're ready to get out, meet people, and build something—apply today.
