Right Candidate Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle Build and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits Conduct test drives and explain financing options Follow up with showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals Maintain knowledge of inventory, lender programs, and current promotions Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve monthly goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
Qualifications:
Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
