Job Description

Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist (ERP) Join our team in Bloomingdale, NJ and be the go-to partner for order accuracy, on-time delivery, and standout customer experiences. Why this role matters Every accurate order you process in our ERP keeps customers delighted and the sales engine running. Your dashboards and reports inform leadership decisions and guide revenue goals. Your collaboration ensures products and services arrive when promised. What you will own Respond to and manage customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Coordinate and process sales orders in ERP software, maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. Create and refine sales materials and presentations for inside sales initiatives. Keep customer records and sales databases current and complete. Partner with operations and other departments to deliver products and services on schedule. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review. Engage in team meetings and actively contribute to sales strategy conversations. What you bring Proven background in customer service and inside sales. Working knowledge of ERP platforms and related sales tools. Clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-first mindset. Meticulous organization and attention to detail. Ability to thrive both independently and within a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High school diploma or equivalent; a business or related degree is preferred but not required.
