Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bloomingdale, NJ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. If you have a passion for customer service, inside sales, and are familiar with ERP software, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. Coordinate and process sales orders using ERP software to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Support inside sales efforts by preparing sales materials and presentations. Maintain and update customer records and sales databases. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide reports to management. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service and inside sales. Familiarity with ERP software and sales management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
