Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a proven track record in B2B sales. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Our current area is Northern NJ To Ocean County. Company Car provided after Probation period has endend Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within assigned territories. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Upsell additional products or services to enhance client relationships and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or B2B environments. Strong understanding of account management principles and territory management strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to perform product demos effectively and engage potential clients. Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and sales performance metrics. Experience in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales is a plus. A self-motivated individual with strong negotiation skills who can work independently as well as part of a team.
