Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in a retail environment to promote products and services Communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers accurately and professionally Deliver exceptional customer service and support Participate in company training programs, meetings, and ongoing development opportunities Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Represent the company and its brands in a positive and professional manner Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or related fields is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation to the work location Willingness to learn and participate in training programs Compensation Weekly base pay Commission opportunities based on individual sales performance Performance-based bonus opportunities Compensation details, including base pay and incentive structure, will be discussed during the interview process.
