Duties Prospect and qualify potential clients through targeted outreach, including cold calls, emails, and networking events Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty Conduct strategic planning sessions to identify market opportunities and develop tailored sales approaches Present compelling product or service solutions that meet client needs, demonstrating clear value propositions Negotiate terms of agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals while adhering to company policies Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines effectively Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management roles Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking prospects and activities Strong skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and project management to drive results Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively Familiarity with marketing principles to support lead generation efforts Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of industry-specific trends and competitive landscapes is a plus This role is ideal for energetic professionals eager to grow their career in business development while making a meaningful impact.
