Job Description
Join one of New Jersey's premier real estate development and management companies. Weiss Properties is seeking a personable, organized, and energetic team member to assist with apartment leasing, resident onboarding, and administrative operations at our luxury communities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and helping prospective residents find their next home. Responsibilities Sales & Leasing Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email Assist prospects throughout the leasing process Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment Administrative Process rental applications and supporting documents Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs Maintain resident records and databases Assist property management team with day-to-day operations Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, real estate, or property management is a plus Friendly and outgoing Comfortable speaking with new people every day PAY & Benefits Competitive pay: $23•24 per hour + Bonuses for every lease & renewal 401(k) match to help you grow your future Paid time off
