This is a confidential search for an established organization experiencing significant growth and expansion.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain referral relationships with: Hospitals and rehabilitation facilities Senior living and assisted living communities Physician practices and healthcare providers Veterans organizations Elder law attorneys and community professionals Conduct regular in-person outreach throughout the territory Attend networking events, community programs, and professional organizations Generate and convert referral opportunities into new business Serve as a trusted resource for families and community partners Track business development activity and pipeline performance within a CRM Collaborate closely with leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion efforts Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00

Qualifications:
2+ years of business development, community outreach, healthcare marketing, senior services, or relationship management experience Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral networks Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills Self-motivated professional who enjoys working independently Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Valid driver?s license and ability to travel throughout South Jersey territory regularly online.
