What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior projects Build trust and educate customers on available solutions Conduct property inspections using company technology and tools Create estimates and present solutions to customers Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships Manage appointments and sales opportunities through our CRM platform Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, canvassing, and relationship building Represent the Fortress Exteriors brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Sales experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated with strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Who Thrives at Fortress?
