We specialize in tree care, land clearing, grading, drainage, landscaping, fencing, and full property restoration for residential and commercial clients. We run a knuckle boom crane, spider lift, and compact equipment that gets into places other companies can't. Our reputation is built. Our marketing is funded. Our crews are ready. We need someone who can sell.

Position Overview:

This is a full-time outside sales position — 40 to 50 hours a week in the field, on the phone, and in front of clients. You will run inbound leads generated by our marketing, develop commercial and B2B relationships, and close jobs ranging from $2,000 to $50,000+. You will own every sale from first contact through signed contract and clean crew handoff.

What You'll Sell:

• Tree removals, pruning, and emergency hazard work
• Land clearing and lot preparation
• Grading and drainage solutions
• Landscape rehabilitation and full property restoration
• Fence installation
• Commercial accounts, HOAs, property managers, and municipalities

Key Responsibilities:

• Run qualified inbound leads and convert them into booked jobs
• Prospect and develop commercial and B2B relationships across South Jersey
• Walk properties, scope the work accurately, and build detailed estimates
• Follow up on every lead until it is closed or dead
• Hand off clean, accurate work orders to field crews
• Collect five-star Google reviews from every satisfied client
• Build a referral pipeline that feeds itself

Required Experience & Skills:

• Direct field experience in tree care, landscaping, grading, drainage, fencing, or related trades
• Ability to walk a property and price the work accurately without hand-holding
• Proven outside sales track record — be ready to show your numbers
• Self-managed, organized, and relentless about follow-through
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and professional client-facing presence
• Tech capable — CRM, smartphone, estimating apps, email

Preferred But Not Required:

• ISA Certified Arborist credential or NJ Tree Care Operator License
• Prior experience as a sales arborist, estimator, crew foreman, or project manager
• Existing relationships with contractors, property managers, or municipalities in

South Jersey Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $48,000
• 55,000 depending on experience

• Commission:

  3-5% on every completed job, uncapped
• Performance bonus: Additional 2% on jobs paid in full with a verified five-star Google review
• Company vehicle provided for all sales appointments
• Realistic total earnings: $80,000
• 120,000+ for strong performers
