The Inside Sales Representative will work with both warm leads and self-generated prospects to grow provider participation and strengthen network coverage in targeted markets. Responsibilities Conduct Inside Sales outreach to optometrists, ophthalmologists, and healthcare providers through phone calls, email campaigns, and relationship-building efforts Manage both warm leads provided by the company and independently sourced cold leads through proactive business development Build and maintain strong professional relationships with eye care providers and healthcare networks Support provider recruitment efforts to expand coverage and strengthen network adequacy in assigned markets Track recruiting activity, provider communication, and sales progress using internal systems and reporting tools Collaborate with credentialing, operations, and internal departments to ensure provider onboarding is completed accurately Utilize Inside Sales techniques to identify opportunities for provider engagement and long-term partnerships Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills while representing the organization in all provider interactions Meet team goals and performance metrics tied to provider recruitment and Inside Sales initiatives Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen Inside Sales and recruiting effectiveness Qualifications Previous experience in Inside Sales, provider recruitment, healthcare sales, or business development required Medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or provider network recruiting experience strongly preferred Strong cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management skills This Inside Sales opportunity offers the chance to join a stable and growing organization with a long-standing reputation in the healthcare industry.
