Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers through walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate new sales opportunities. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match clients with the ideal vehicle options based on their preferences and budget. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, ensuring customers understand the value of each model. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. Maintain detailed knowledge of inventory levels, market trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information and strategic advice. Collaborate with sales support teams and management to achieve monthly targets while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.

Qualifications:

Valid state driver's license Excellent communication skills (Bilingual a plus) All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA A strong, positive work ethic, and an interest in a long-term position You must also have a professional appearance and impeccable professional integrity Drug and Backround check required

Pay:

$60,000 to $100,000
