Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative specializing in Sales & Service! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers, driving engagement through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and personalized communication. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help build a robust sales pipeline, support high-end sales initiatives, and enhance customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Engage with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and digital channels to promote products and services. Manage and nurture the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and upsell additional services or products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Support dealership or retail inventory management through accurate record-keeping and inventory control practices. Assist in marketing efforts by promoting special offers, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches. Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for B2B (business-to-business) sales growth and high-end sales targets. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer trust. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in outbound cold calling, B2B sales, or public speaking is advantageous. Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and automotive industry practices is a plus. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
