Overview We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Service Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service, providing exceptional service while promoting our dealership's offerings. Your enthusiasm and automotive knowledge will help drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression. Assist customers in scheduling service appointments via phone/text/email or in person, ensuring their needs are understood and met. Promote additional services such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, brake repairs, and more to maximize customer value. Upsell recommended maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing and communicate updates to customers. Handle cash transactions accurately for service work completed, maintaining proper records. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and sales activities to support dealership operations. Qualifications Previous dealership experience or auto service management background is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and mechanical systems such as transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and diesel engines. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience with auto estimating software and service writing is a plus. Familiarity with automotive repair processes including oil changes, alignments, tire services, air brakes, shocks & struts, and auto body repair. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach. Basic cash handling skills with attention to detail in record keeping.
