Job Description

A growing industrial equipment and service provider is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide value-added solutions to clients across a designated territory. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Car allowance or company vehicle Comprehensive benefits package Ongoing training and professional development Supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement Stable and growing organization Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain new business opportunities within the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers Present company products, services, and solutions to clients Prepare and submit quotations and proposals Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment, maintenance programs, and energy-saving solutions Manage the sales process from prospecting through closing and follow-up Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM software Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or technical sales Experience selling industrial equipment, mechanical systems, maintenance services, or related products is an asset Knowledge of industrial manufacturing, HVAC, pumps, compressed air systems, or related industries is preferred Strong computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Strong organizational and time-management abilities Valid driver's license About the Company We are an established industrial equipment and service organization serving customers across North America. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
