We specialize in custom homes, large-scale renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and high-end residential projects. Our reputation is built on professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the first phone call through project completion. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Client Success & Sales Coordinator to become a key member of our team. Position Overview This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, managing multiple tasks, and helping clients throughout the sales and construction process. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and will play an important role in creating a professional and seamless client experience. This is an in-office position located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. ResponsibilitiesClient Communication Answer incoming phone calls and emails Respond to website, social media, and marketing inquiries Follow up with prospective customers Schedule consultations and site visits Confirm appointments and maintain calendars Provide updates and maintain communication with clients Sales Support Track and organize incoming leads Maintain accurate customer records Follow up on estimates and proposals Assist with customer onboarding Support the sales process from inquiry to signed contract Office Administration Maintain organized digital and physical files Manage company databases, CRM systems and Working with AI Coordinate appointments and meetings Assist with project scheduling and documentation Support day-to-day office operations Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service Handle client concerns professionally Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude Help create a luxury customer experience QualificationsRequired Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail Professional phone and email etiquette Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Experience in customer service, sales support, real estate, property management, construction, interior design, legal, medical, or related industries Experience using CRM software Scheduling and calendar management experience The Ideal Candidate Extremely organized and detail-oriented Professional, friendly, and confident communicator Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently Strong follow-through and accountability Enjoys helping customers and solving problems Comfortable working independently Looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential Compensation & Benefits $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses Paid holidays Paid vacation Growth opportunities within the company Professional and supportive work environment Application Instructions To be considered, please answer the following questions in your application: 1.
