Duties Greet brides and guests warmly, establishing a welcoming and positive atmosphere from the first interaction Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns and accessories by providing personalized styling advice and product demos Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features, fit, and quality of bridal collections Upsell complementary products such as veils, jewelry, and alterations to enhance the bridal experience Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments Supervise junior staff or trainees when applicable, supporting team development and store operations Requirements Proven retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty store or bridal environment Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate product benefits clearly Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math for transactions and inventory management Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail setting Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos to engage customers effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and phone etiquette Ability to work in a fast-paced environment similar to grocery store operations with multitasking skills Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management Join us as a Bridal Sales Consultant where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
