Role:
The Sales Representative for Northeast territories, will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients across Northeast US markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the Northeast US landscape and customer needs to effectively promote and sell our products and services. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for Northeast US customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. They will collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to the overall sales strategy. Ultimately, this position aims to expand our market presence in Northeast US while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably with a focus on the Northeast US market or cross-border sales. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Background in the specific industry relevant to industrial and manufacturing. Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients within the Northeast US market to generate new business opportunities. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize customer retention and satisfaction. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of Northeast US customers. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regional regulations. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and identify growth opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress against targets and inform management decisions.
