Product Specialist - Subaru

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Explain and demonstrate how to use the systems specific to the customers vehicle. Personalize features according to customer's needs. Be the "go to" contact before, during, and after delivery for answers regarding technology. Help customers feel confident in their vehicle in order to enhance their driving experience. Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary. Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles. Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards. Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
