Job Description

Crown Engineering is a leader in the development and manufacturing of electrodes, igniters, flame rods, and Rajah style connectors used in ignition applications for oil and gas fired equipment. We manufacture many of the electrodes found in burners today. We have designed and supplied ignition products for commercial and residential heating, boilers, hot water heaters, waste oil burners, agriculture, baking ovens, pressure washers, and oil & gas flares. Job Overview Crown Engineering is searching for a driven, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing organization. The Sales Representative's responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, and meeting and exceeding sales targets. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of our products. Responsibilities Develop and learn knowledge of the company's products Communicating with customers via phone and e-mail Develop successful and ongoing relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance Developing sales strategies, including special promotions and campaigns Identifying potential customers through lead generation and qualifying these leads based on interest and purchasing ability Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative metrics Handling customer complaints and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner Researching market changes and identifying emerging opportunities Qualifications Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role Understanding of the sales process and dynamics Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
