Job Description
Our client, a well-established supplier of industrial materials is seeking a full time Junior Sales Representative to support their in-office sales operations. The successful candidate will help drive revenue growth through client engagement, sales support, and product knowledge development. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Engage in active outreach to market company products and services Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions. Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients and vendors. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts. Build and manage client and supplier relationships. Gain familiarity with the company's product lines and their industrial applications. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (field of study preferred: Business, Chemistry, or related discipline) 2-3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in chemical, materials, or industrial sales Familiarity with CRM systems or sales reporting tools
