This hybrid role requires working in our corporate office and providing hands-on management on-site at catering events. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and flawless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Consultation:

Respond to incoming catering inquiries, conduct consultations, and guide clients through menu selection and event planning.

Administrative Management:

Generate detailed proposals, contracts, and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) using office software.

Client Relations:

Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships and secure repeat corporate and private bookings.

Database Maintenance:

Update and track client records, event details, and financial invoicing daily.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality management.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written customer service skills.

Organization:

Extreme attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously.

Software:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

Prior hands-on experience with Caterease catering software is highly valued.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work standard office hours plus evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedules.

Physical Demands:
