Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Sales Consultant and ignite your career in the fast-paced world of vehicle sales! Duties Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up calls to generate leads and nurture relationships. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet each customer's unique needs and preferences. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, follow-ups, and closing activities efficiently. Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, or financing options to enhance customer value. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, vehicle features, and market trends to support effective marketing and sales strategies. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and benefits. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to speak multiple languages or be bilingual is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments. Strong negotiation skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships effectively. Experience in inventory management, retail math, and dealership operations is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills including public speaking abilities and phone etiquette to connect confidently with diverse clients.
