Car Wash Sales Attendant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and sales-driven Car Wash Attendant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on promoting and selling memberships while providing exceptional customer service. In addition to sales responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be proactive in maintaining cleanliness, especially in the self-service vacuum areas, and performing various tasks during slower times to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Membership Sales:

Actively promote and sell car wash memberships to customers by explaining the benefits, pricing, and available packages, aiming to meet individual and team sales targets.

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, assist with their needs, and provide detailed information about our services, memberships, and promotions.

Self-Service Vacuum Area Maintenance:

Regularly inspect and maintain the self-service vacuum areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies (vacuum hoses, trash bags, etc.). Keep the area free of debris, dirt, and water, providing a pleasant and efficient experience for customers. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues for immediate resolution. Disinfect surfaces and maintain cleanliness at all times.

Cleaning and Equipment Maintenance During Slow Times:

During slower periods, assist with tasks such as: Refilling cleaning chemicals and supplies for the car wash. Performing laundry duties, including washing towels, rags, or other materials used in the wash process. Keeping the vacuum area clean and free of clutter, ensuring all customer areas are inviting and ready for use.

Promote Special Offers:

Inform customers about special offers, discounts, or seasonal promotions to encourage membership sign-ups and additional purchases.

Point of Sale Operations:

Accurately process transactions, including membership sales, renewals, and payments for services, using the register or POS system

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
