Job Description

SUMMARY:
Warehouse 100 & The Event Center, iPlay America, Monmouth county's premier event space, is seeking an experienced person to join its Corporate and Special Events sales team. Featuring 30,000 SF of Event Space, multiple break-out rooms, full catering kitchen, concession bars & its multifunctional Top Golf Swing Suite space creates multiple opportunities for a driven salesperson to achieve continued growth.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop relationships with Corporate & Special Event organizations selling services and facilities offered by the company. Build relationships for social events. Responsible for all function billing by preparing invoices, creating payment schedules, managing payment schedules, and finalizing payments. Work with the F & B & Special Events team to ensure all arrangements and details are adhered to. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets. Prepare contracts and plan out events inc. but not limited to menu selection, AV and stage requirements, timelines, final headcount, coordination with outside vendors, preparation of BEO & pre and post P&L, collection of all monies due & finalizing the event. Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth. Being current with all industry standards and changes in the marketplace and ideas for new business advances. The hours required for this position will be a minimum of 40 hours per week, recognizing that additional hours will be required to service your accounts and reach your sales goals. This position will require you to work some nights, weekends, and holidays. This is an office-based position; however, the Corporate & Special Events Sales Representative will also spend time visiting clients. You may also need to attend conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions. Your job may involve travel.

SALARY :
Potential to Earn $125,000+ per year (Generous salary and pooled commission)
