Job Description

Overview:
In addition to our passion to provide superior equipment to our clients, our unique blend of knowledge is what sets us apart from our competition. We're looking for an entry level, full-time inside sales representative to join our growing team! The candidates we seek must be hard-working, driven professionals who are ready to learn the industry to have a fulfilling career. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Expected working hours are Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls and gather information Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Educate customers on full product line Lead generation Follow up on incoming leads Improve sales skills to increase success rates Meet sales goals and objectives Use CRM Software to maintain database on new and existing sales opportunities Use ERP Software to input and process orders
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required Ability to be teachable Active listening skills Time-management and organizational skills Collaborative skills Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills Strong technological skills
