As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive, organized, and people-focused Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales Rep to be the backbone of our Sales & Estimating team—and the first great impression for our customers.

Family-owned, supportive, and collaborative environment What You'll Do As our Sales Coordinator , you'll play a key role in driving our sales process forward and ensuring a seamless customer experience from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and convert them into high-quality appointments Build trust and reduce homeowner anxiety before the appointment Gather detailed context (project, concerns, urgency, decision-makers) Properly position the Outside Rep before the visit Create strong internal handoffs so the OSR walks in prepared Own the follow-up process (rehash lane) after appointments Close deals over the phone when needed You'll Thrive in This Role If You… Love talking to people and building relationships Are highly organized and detail-oriented Take initiative and don't wait to be told what to do Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Are coachable and eager to grow your skillset What We're Looking For Associate's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 2+ years in a customer-facing or inside sales role 2+ years in an administrative or coordination role 1+ years of Sales Experience Experience with CRM systems (AccuLynx is a plus) and Google Workspace Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities About Mattsson Roofing Based in Northern New Jersey, we specialize in roofing systems, siding replacements, and gutter installations across Bergen, Passaic, and Essex counties.
