Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Sales & Accounting Coordinator to assist their sales team with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth processing of all sales activities.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00

PM Responsibilities:

Managed full-cycle Accounts Payable & Receivable, including invoicing, account reconciliation, and collections follow-up Processed and managed customer orders (bulk and drop shipments) with accurate data entry in NetSuite and CRM systems Prepared financial and sales reports for leadership, including monthly and quarterly reporting for CFO/President Provided customer support across phone, email, and chat, delivering product information and issue resolution Maintained customer records, tracked sales leads/opportunities, and supported sales team coordination Coordinated cross-functional communication, including inventory, product management, and internal departments Assisted with shipment scheduling, delivery coordination, and overall order fulfillment operations

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, Sales, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and accuracy in data and customer information management Solid understanding of sales processes, accounting principles, and customer service practices
