Central New Jersey (Onsite) Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our growing IT Workforce Solutions team. This role combines client account management and business development, offering an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, client engagement, and revenue growth within the IT staffing industry. Responsibilities Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identify and develop opportunities to expand services within current accounts. Drive new business development through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking. Understand client hiring needs and collaborate internally to deliver high-quality talent solutions. Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage sales pipeline activity. Consistently work toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs. Support client retention and business growth initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confident, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition. Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not mandatory. Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
